What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Apple, Samsung, Amazon, and Google (for starters) cutting marketers off from customer data and insights – the death of the cookie, and increased privacy and security concerns.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Know your customers today, before it is too late. Unify your first-party data, building a single record for each known customer you have, comply with privacy laws and deliver personalized and meaningful experiences.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Building customer trust, privacy compliance, and individualization.
