How do you define success?:
As a business owner I define success in a variety of ways, and it often goes beyond just financial gain. Here are some of the common ways they measure success:
Financial Stability:
Profitability is a key factor. Being able to cover costs, pay themselves a salary, and reinvest in the business is important.
Financial security can also mean having a comfortable savings account or being debt-free.
Customer Satisfaction:
Happy customers who keep coming back and refer others are a sign of success.
Building a strong reputation and positive word-of-mouth is crucial for many small businesses.
Growth and Impact:
Some owners define success as seeing their business grow, whether it’s by increasing revenue, expanding their product line, or hiring more employees.
Making a positive impact on the community or their industry can also be a source of pride.
Work-Life Balance and Flexibility:
Many small business owners are driven by the desire to be their own boss and have control over their work schedule.

How did you get started in your field or work?:
I was designing medical equipment and the X CEO of Huffy asked me if I wanted to work with him and a team of amazing designers and architects.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?:
We are a full service international POP & Retail fixtures display company with award design & engineering. But we also have a real understanding of consumer experience and in store marketing.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?:
Covid was hard. It kept people away from retail stores & restaurants. That made us turn our attention to personal space and protection.
