Why did you choose your industry?Great industry to be in as every business needs a website and the ability to accept payments.
Who are your typical clients?We have clients in all types of industries, but we've had the strongest success in the following: business-to-business (B2B), field service, and non-profit organizations.
What do you like best about being in this industry?I appreciate how quickly technology evolves in this industry, as it keeps the excitement alive and introduces various methods for card acceptance.
What are common problems you see?I believe fraud is a major problem in this industry. The bad actors are always one step ahead, which contributes to the numerous increases in this business.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Review your account annually to ensure competitive pricing and updated equipment.
When is your busy season?Year round
What keeps you up at night?Making sure our customers are satisfied and losses to our customers and our company.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?We have more than 20 independent sales professionals and several referral partners who help our company grow. We plan to double the size of our sales office by 2025.
How involved are you in the community?We sponsor local events in our community to give back and we'd offer a nonprofit solution to help with an organization that needs help.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Develop a structured plan. Building a portfolio in this business takes time and effort. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme, but it can be very lucrative.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Surfing and Fishing
